How do I start my free trial?
Click “Start Free Trial” on any page. No credit card needed. You get full access to all available Maths lessons for 7 days completely free.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log into your account → go to Account Settings → click Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Annual plan subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Monthly plans are non-refundable once the billing period starts. Email us to discuss.
When will Tamil, Chinese and Malay be ready?
Tamil is being built first, followed by Chinese then Malay. Subscribe to our mailing list and we will notify you the moment Mother Tongue content goes live.
Is BrightLab aligned with the 2026 MOE syllabus?
Yes — all content is built around Singapore’s updated 2026 MOE syllabus, including the removal of Speed and the 24-hour clock now at P3.
My child forgot their password. What do I do?
